Kirsten WatsonKirsten Watson has served as director, marketing for Kinaxis since 2004. In this role, she leads the company's corporate marketing functions, including branding and awareness, demand generation, customer communication, events management, social media, and the web site. Watson has played a pivotal role in steering Kinaxis' innovative ventures in new media, helping to spearhead the development of the Kinaxis blog, The 21st Century Supply Chain, as well as the Supply Chain Expert Community, an interactive online forum for supply chain thought leaders and practitioners. Under Watson's leadership, Kinaxis has won awards including the BtoB Magazine 2010 Social Media Marketing Award for Best Integrated Campaign, and the MarketingProfs  B2B Social-Media Case Study Challenge. In 2002, Watson was named a winner of the "Top 5 Business People to Watch" and "Top 40 Under Forty" by the Ottawa Business Journal. Prior to joining Kinaxis, she held strategic senior marketing positions at Natural Convergence Inc., Cloakware, Nortel, NetPCS, and OCRI. Watson is a graduate in business marketing from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.

Bill BarnesMr. Barnes is a marketing veteran who has been in the marketing, advertising and promotion industry for over 20 years, the last 10 of which have been focused on Search Marketing. He co-founded Enquiro along with Gord Hotchkiss in 1999. Mr. Barnes is a featured speaker at events presented by Search Engine Strategies, Ad-Tech, Jupiter Media, SIPA, Forrester Research and Frost and Sullivan. He has also conducted workshops designed for Marketing, Editorial and Public Relations departments. Bill has extensive experience in setting up and implementing Search Marketing and Research campaigns for such companies as AIG, AT&T, IBM, HP, Lexis/Nexis, Siemens and Grainger and strives to always help companies succeed in Search.
